Second, choose a trusted developer with a proven track record and relevant experience. Adjust your budget. Create a detailed picture of your dream home, then adjust it to your financial situation. Negotiate a price based on the condition of the building, the completeness of the paperwork, the location, and any potential disputes. 

Additionally, consider whether the offered price is fair. Determine whether the area where the house is located will be included in a project that could disrupt the neighborhood’s peace. Also, check whether the area is prone to flooding.

Lastly, choose a house that offers comprehensive facilities in the area to support your lifestyle.
